Flat cable scarf
Today we bring you a proposal for men: a flat cable scarf knitted with Caricia Sport Merino. Do you want to know how we made it?

YOU WILL NEED:

- Caricia Sport Merino color 043 (3 balls)
- 5 mm knitting needles
STITCHES USED
We will use garter stitch, 2x2 rib stitch, and a 5-stitch flat cable stitch.
The cable stitches are made as follows: when you reach the 5 stitches to make the cable cross, first knit the 5th stitch without removing the first 4. Then knit the first stitch, then the second, and so on until you have knitted the 4 stitches which, with the first one you knitted, form the cable. We will do this every 8 rows.
HOW TO KNIT THE FLAT CABLE SCARF?
With Caricia Sport Merino yarn and 5 mm knitting needles, cast on 40 stitches and distribute them as follows: 2 garter stitches, 5 stitches for the cable (see explanation in the "Stitches Used" section), 26 2x2 rib stitches (starting with 2 purl stitches), then 5 stitches for the other cable, and to finish, 2 garter stitches.
When I have knitted 1 meter and 27 cm, close the 18 central stitches, and on the next row, increase them. Continue knitting the pattern as before, and when it reaches 15 cm, close all stitches and finish the scarf.
