Terms of Sale

Sales made through our website (online store) are subject to these general conditions, which prevail over any other specific provisions. Any purchase made by our customers implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Orders Orders placed on our website are considered firm from the moment they are validated online by the buyer. The buyer declares to know and accept the general conditions of sale by confirming their order online.

Prices The sales prices shown in the store are the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, include a general VAT of 21%, and may be modified at any time without prior notice.

For customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the prices shown include 0% VAT.

Payment for products Unless otherwise agreed, payment for products is made at the time of order. Any amount previously paid by the customer constitutes a down payment against the order amount.

Deliveries and returns The delivery of products is considered to have been made from the moment they are made available to the customer. The order is sent through a first-rate courier company, external to our firm, which will deliver the merchandise during regular hours from 08:00 to 20:00, depending on the routes assigned to each geographical area. It is the customer's responsibility to check the suitability of the products served in relation to the order placed. Any claim regarding the nature or specifications of the products must be made within a maximum of twenty-four hours after delivery. All product returns must be previously agreed upon with our after-sales department, and must be sent to our facilities in their original packaging, freight paid, indicating that delivery should be made Monday-Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. There is a period of 14 days, from the reception of the merchandise, to return the product. (ROYAL LEGISLATIVE DECREE 1/2007, of November 16)

Minimum age Acceptance of these conditions implies that you are of legal age, with sufficient capacity to contract and that you have read and understood everything stated therein.

Warranties Products sold are subject to the warranty conditions of their respective manufacturers. Products manipulated or repaired by the buyer or third parties are excluded from these warranties.

Jurisdiction These general conditions of sale are governed by Spanish law. For all disputes arising from the contract between the seller and the buyer, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seville capital.
