HOW TO MAKE THIS MACRAME GARLAND?
The first thing you need to do to start weaving is to cut a 300 cm cord of gray color (no. 305) which will be tied from end to end to a high surface, and cut another 10 cords of 140 cm of white color (no. 301)
STEP BY STEP
Once all the cords are cut, you must tie the longest cord to a high surface at both ends. After this, arrange the other cords starting 50 centimeters from the left end, folding them in half to form the Lark's Head Knot and tighten until it fits the support cord.

To start making the square knot, take the cords in groups of four. In the first row there will be 5 square knots, and from there we will make alternating square knots so that the rows of each pennant have the following number of alternating square knots, starting from top to bottom, 5 + 4 + 5 + 4 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1.

To finish the pennant, we will take the 2 cords from the ends as guide cords and bring them to the center of the peak making the cordon knot.

When we finish these steps, we will have our first pennant finished.

We will repeat these same steps with each color until we fill the rest of the support cord, also leaving the same measurement we left at the beginning of the garland to be able to tie it to the place where we want to hang it. For this craft, we have used quite neutral colors, repeating 3 sets of the 3 colors: gray + taupe + white, but you can choose the colors you like best. We will have a garland with pennants that occupy 2 meters of the support cord, leaving 50cm at each end to be able to hang it. The approximate distance between each of them will be about 8cm.
