Girls' crochet bikini

Summer has arrived and crochet is in style for all fashion garments. This bikini is very easy to make, cheerful and original for these beach days.

YOU WILL NEED:

For a size 5-6 years

• Caricia Perlé Nº 5 cotton yarn, COL Nº 201, Nº 303, Nº 600, Nº 400, Nº 404, Nº 601, Nº 206, Nº 301, Nº 305, Nº 002, Nº 204.
• Crochet hook Nº 2.5.
• Tapestry needle.

STITCHES USED

• Double crochet (see tutorial double crochet)
• Slip stitch: sl st.
• Chain stitch.

HOW TO MAKE THE BIKINI?

Base circle

Make a magic ring and work 18 dc. Close and leave a tail. You need to make 119 rings for the brief and 30 for the bra. Use the different colors proportionally.  

ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING

Sew one ring to another following the scheme shown in the diagram.  

Straps (make 2)

Make two chains of 34 cm and work one row of 1 sl st.

Chest band tie

Make 1 chain of 100 cm and work one row of 1 sl st.

Brief ties (make 4)

Make 2 chains of 24 cm and work one row of sl st. Sew the straps and the chest band tie to the two bra triangles. Sew the ties to the brief.
