This little girl's dress combines a knitted yoke and a patchwork fabric skirt. Caricia Perlé cotton yarn is soft and cool, ideal for these hot days. You can adapt this pattern to any age. It's easy to make, just follow the steps.

YOU WILL NEED

   For a size 4 to 6 years

• 100% Caricia Perlé cotton yarn No. 5, 1 natural ball COL No. 002.
• Knitting needles No. 2 mm.
• Cotton patchwork fabric.
• 8 assorted color buttons.
• Tapestry needle.

STITCHES USED

• Stockinette stitch (see tutorial stockinette stitch)
• Garter stitch: g. st. Continue working (see tutorial garter stitch)

HOW TO MAKE THE DRESS?

Knitted yoke

We start this patchwork knit dress with the yoke. We will knit it with Caricia Perlé yarn No. 5, COL No. 002 and knitting needles No. 2. Follow the instructions observing each chart.

ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING

Sew the front to the two corresponding back parts.

Cut 150 cm wide by 50 cm long. Fold and sew to form the dress, leaving a 12 cm opening. Finish off.

Hem the top and bottom. (Take the corresponding measurements)

Sew the dress to the yoke, gathering the fabric to fit the contour.

Sew 4 buttons on the back and two on each shoulder.
