HOW TO MAKE THE MY CROCHET POWER BAG?
We will work with the Tapestry technique, which consists of carrying both colors at the same time and picking up the yarn of the color we are going to crochet. Each round is closed with a slip stitch and a chain stitch (which does not count as a stitch) is made to start the next one. The first stitch of this next round is made right above the first stitch of the previous round, where we just closed with a slip stitch. We start by making 80 chain stitches with color 012 and a 2.5mm hook (the entire chart will be made with this hook). We then take color 001 yarn and single crochet around the 80 chain stitches. This will give us a first round of 160 stitches. From here we will follow the chart below, always making FHSCD stitches so that they are right on top of each other and the pattern does not get distorted. Once we have finished the 67 rounds of the chart, we do the following: 4 rounds of RHTS with a 4.5mm hook 1 round of RHTS with a 2.5mm hook We now have the body of the bag. Now we sew backpack straps to form the handles, about 38cm each (one on the front and one on the back). Optionally, and for a better result, we can add lining and a zipper.
