HOW TO MAKE ALBITA DE PLATA'S #FLAMENCOLE CASES?

  We start with the base color, making a chain of 45 stitches, plus one turning chain. We make a round of single crochet stitches all around the chain (on both sides), so that the total stitches for this first round will be 90 single crochet stitches. Once this first round is completed, we start to form the designs as shown in the diagrams on the following pages, using the Tapestry technique, all in single crochet. We will make a total of 27 rounds. Each round is closed with a slip stitch and started with a turning chain. Round number 28 will be entirely of slip stitches (90).
