Dragon snood

Is your little one someone who doesn't like hats? This cute design, simulating a dragon's head, is sure to please them, and they won't object to wearing it on cold days.

YOU WILL NEED:

• Yarn Caricia Sport color 044 (1 ball)
• Knitting needles size 4
• Orange and white felt
• 2 black buttons for the eyes
• 1/2 m of white fleece lining

HOW TO MAKE THE DRAGON COWL HAT?

With Caricia Sport yarn and size 4 knitting needles, cast on 72 sts. in elastic ribbing (1-1). Knit 7 cm. Close the 8 central sts. and work one side, then the other. Knit the rest in stockinette stitch. At 3 cm from the elastic ribbing, on the front side, decrease 1 st., and on the back side, increase 1 st. Repeat this 2 more times. In total, there will be 3 decreases and 3 increases. Continue the front side straight, but on the other side, increase 4 more sts, distributed. At 22 cm, increase 3 sts, distributed across the front, and on the other side, begin to round, decreasing in each row 1-1-1-1-3-5-7-7-7 and all. The other side is worked the same way but in reverse. Iron and cut the fleece lining the same as the stockinette stitch part. Cut the felt according to the photos below and sew it into the seam. To make the eyes of the dragon cowl hat, we will make crochet circles in slip stitch with a 4 cm diameter and place a black button in the center.
