Knit sweater with crochet openwork

HOW TO MAKE THE OPENWORK CROCHET SWEATER?

Size M How to make the rosettes? Note: all rosettes are made with a size 2 crochet hook. To make 38 small rosettes. Make an Mr. -Rnd.1: Make 6 groups of 4dc closed in 1 st. each group and separated by 3ch. Close with ss. To make 18 medium rosettes. Make an Mr. -Rnd.1: 13dc separated by 2ch for each dc. Close with ss. -Rnd.2: 13dc separated by 3ch for each dc. Close with ss. -Rnd.3: 3sl st in each previous pass of 3ch. Close with ss. To make 17 large rosettes. Make an Mr. - Rnd.1: 14 dc separated by 1ch. Close with ss. - Rnd.2: 14dc separated by 2ch. Close with ss. - Rnd.3: make 1 pass of 4ch and another pass of 3ch. Repeat 6 times. Close with ss. - Rnd.4: in the 4ch pass of the previous rnd, make 5dc, 3ch, 5dc (all in the same pass). Skip 3ch pass. Repeat 6 times. Close with ss. YOKE  With size 4 knitting needles, cast on 150 sts. and knit in 1/1 rib st for 10 rnds. Bind off all sts. and sew the two ends (yoke strip, see photo). Note: place the seam in the center back of the neck. Sew the first row of small rosettes (21 rosettes) to the neck strip (see photo). Sew the second row of medium rosettes (18 rosettes) to the row of small rosettes (see photo). Sew the third row of large rosettes (17 rosettes) to the row of medium rosettes (see photo). Sew the fourth row of small rosettes (17 rosettes) to the row of large rosettes, interspersing them (see photo). Our yoke is approximately 16cm long from the beginning of the neck. If there are any large gaps between rosettes, make a pass with picot stitch. FRONT With size 3 knitting needles, cast on 124 sts. -Rnd.1-12: knit in 1/1 rib st. -Rnd.13: change to stockinette stitch until reaching 41cm. ARMHOLE Begin to decrease the armhole and shape it to adapt to the yoke. 1st In the first rnd of the armhole, decrease 2 sts. on each side, and bind off 20 central sts. 2nd In the second rnd, decrease 1 st. hold the sts. from the other side on a stitch holder. Knit 4 plain rnds. Repeat 5 times and at the same time shape where the rosette of the yoke will be sewn. To make the shape, decrease in each rnd 7-7-6-5-4-3-2-2-2-2-2 and make it coincide with the end of the armhole. Take all the sts. held on the stitch holder, and do the other side in reverse. BACK Cast on 120 sts. - Rnd.1-12: knit in 1/1 rib st. - Rnd.13: change to stockinette stitch until reaching 41cm. ARMHOLE Make it the same as the front, but the decreases are as follows: 5-5-4-3-2-2-2-2-2-2-3-3-2-2. This decrease is different from the front to adapt to the shape of the rosettes on the back. SLEEVES (X2) Cast on 54 sts. -Rnd.1-18: knit in 1/1 rib st. -Rnd.19: increase 10 sts. evenly distributed (in the same rnd). Continue with stockinette stitch. Increase 13 sts. on each side along the sleeve (approximately every 4cm). At 50cm, begin shaping the sleeve cap as the yoke falls over it. ARMHOLE Decrease 2 sts. on each side and then decrease 13 sts. 1 by 1 in each rnd on both sides. Bind off all sts. In our pattern, there were 60 sts.

ASSEMBLY

Sew the sides, sleeve seams, armhole halves, and adapt to the yoke.
