Today's project is as adorable as it is practical. Choose your favorite Caricia Primavera colors, and let's start crocheting this fun doorstop!
Yarn (to crochet both kittens): Caricia Primavera 001(2 skeins), 006(1 skein), 009(1 skein), 003(1 skein), 020(1 skein).
Hook: 3mm
Extras: tapestry needle, safety eyes, stuffing.
ch: chain stitch
mr: magic ring
sc: single crochet
inc: increase
dec: decrease
rep: repeat
-This pattern will be crocheted in the round, starting from the bottom to form the base and working upwards to form the body. It will all be made in one piece.
-You can crochet it using the Tapestry technique (carrying both yarn colors at the same time) or with normal crochet, leaving the unused yarn strand loose at the back, as the reverse side will always be hidden.
-For it to function as a doorstop, it is important to fill it with something heavy. This can be seeds, legumes, small stones, etc. If you only want it as a decoration, you can fill it with any fiber you normally use.

Close with a slip stitch and cut the yarn. Place the safety eyes between stitches 34 and 41 of round 35. Embroider whiskers, nose, and eyebrows with color 020. Stuff.
Close the entire top with a simple stitch using a tapestry needle.
