Love yoga? You'll adore this project! Follow Albita de Plata's step-by-step guide to crochet these socks for practicing with Caricia Nature.

YOU WILL NEED

Caricia Nature (Color 101 - 1 skein) 3.5 mm hook Choose your favorite colors in our online store.

STITCHES USED CH - Chain SL ST - Slip Stitch SC - Single Crochet HDC BLO - Half Double Crochet in Back Loop Only DC - Double Crochet FPDC - Front Post Double Crochet FPTRC - Front Post Treble Crochet INC - Increase DEC - Decrease

  • Each sock is worked in one piece, starting from the instep, through the heel opening, and ending at the leg.
  • The entire sock (except for the ribbing) will be worked in the round. Closing each round with a SL ST.
  • The ribbing is worked vertically, in rows, turning at each row. Read it carefully and you will master it.
  • SC rounds begin with a CH and a first SC in the same stitch where we closed the previous round.
  • DC rounds begin with 3 CH that count as the first DC.

That is, if you need to make 8 DC in the round, you will make 3 CH + 7 DC.

  • The sock size is 22cm (length) x 12cm (width). This is a size 39/40 but you can adapt it to your foot by making more/fewer starting chains or more/fewer total rounds.
  • Enjoy the pattern, read it, understand its structure, and take your time. Make gauge swatches and make it your own. Experiment, knit, unknit, and feel free to adapt the design to your taste.
  • If you have any questions, you can contact me and I will be happy to help you. Enjoy!

Repeat from * to * until the entire round is complete. "Anchor" the last section of ribbing to row 20 with 2 SC instead of 3 SC. Join the final section of ribbing with the first one of the round, either with a SL ST or with a tapestry needle. Cut yarn and weave in ends.
