HOW TO MAKE THE PURPLE SWEATER?
DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Medium Size M - L I'll show you this technique for knitting the sweater, starting from the neck down. NECK We start by casting on 74 sts on our circular needle. We will work the elastic stitch, 2 sts knit and 2 sts purl (English rib) (20 rows in total) YOKE Once the neck is finished, divide the work into 4 parts with 18 sts. Place the stitch marker on the 18th st of the first row. We will work this row with yarn overs, one before reaching the stitch marker and the next one after passing the stitch marker. This will allow us to increase the yoke. / 0 / Once the yarn overs are marked, in the next row, knit the yarn overs twisted. This way, the stitch will not open (keep the stitch marker as a guide). Our yoke will have a total of 30 rows. BODY Separate the sleeves. To create the armpit part, cast on 6 sts on the needle. This will create width for the body and sleeves. Once the separation is done, knit the body, which will have a total of 54 rows. Finish with 10 sts of elastic stitch.
